Vincent Peter Jones (born 5 January 1965) a British actor and former professional footballer. Who played as a midfielder from 1984 to 1999. Notably for Wimbledon, Leeds United, Sheffield United, Chelsea, Queens Park Rangers and Wales.

Born in Watford, Hertfordshire, England, Jones represented and captained the Welsh national football team. Having qualified via a Welsh grandparent. As a member of the “Crazy Gang”, he won the 1988 FA Cup Final with Wimbledon, a club for which he played well over 200 games during two spells between 1986 and 1998. He also played for Chelsea autograph memorabilia, Leeds United, Sheffield United and Queens Park Rangers. Paul John Gascoigne (born 27 May 1967) is an English former professional football player and manager. Also known by his nickname, Gazza. He earned 57 caps during his England career. The National Football Museum stated is “widely recognised as the most naturally talented English footballer of his generation”.

Born and raised in Gateshead, Gascoigne signed schoolboy terms with Newcastle United; before turning professional with the top tier (pre-Premier League creation) club in 1985. Gascoigne was part of the England team that reached fourth place in the 1990 FIFA World Cup. Famously cried after receiving a yellow card in the semi-final with West Germany which meant been suspended for the final had England won the game. He also helped the team to the semi-finals of UEFA Euro 1996. Which included scoring a goal against Scotland described by The Guardian in 2013 as. “one of the most iconic goals in the game’s recent history”.
